Mentor Agreement


The volunteer mentor makes a commitment to work within the policies and procedures of the scheme, to take responsibility for themselves and their actions, and to ensure that they accurately understand their role and that of their colleagues, and to actively participate in the scheme.

The volunteer mentor agrees to undergo an induction course with the scheme and then:

The Mentoring scheme commits itself to establishing a clear and accessible management structure that provides clarity about tasks, disseminates information promptly about the scheme's work, and maintains a fair way of working with all mentors.
